code: 06-3060 09-1100 issue

    Im been getting code 06-3060 cleaned the mob sensors and ran the mob calibration set up passed. then a message came up station 1 AC grid 2 Pr slope so iundock igen went to check the grid on station 1 pulled it out and the connector outlet fell out, i shutdown machine completely. Is this something in can fix or do i need to call in a tech.

    The connector clips onto the rail at the rear. If the catch isn't broken you can clip it back on if you can reach it. You need long arms to make it easier

    Thank You Mark had my boss handle that now I believe he has it to far in the ac grid won't go completely go in now and the black plastic that covers the grid silver pcs drop and can't locate it will that have an effect on the machine looked to see if could locate no luck pls advise..
