what the..... never seen this one.

does it have to do with the cleaning system? tells me to replace developer waste filter.

Are you getting cool air flow when you open the front center doors? Place you hands right at the lower part of each developer assy and feel if the air flow is cool.

    well, Milo...

thats the deal. i havent got back on here after.. but, the compressor isnt running. its hot like mexico in the igen....

my tech was here(new guy). we tried some things. new filters(filthy) cleaned the temp sensors by the developers...thought that was it. but the "cooling "down" error is back today. stopped tripping the breaker though

    stay tuned

Check the high and low pressure sensor for the Ecology unit. You could be low on Freon but I doubt it. You would have noticed a Freon leak. My money is on one of those 2 sensors causing the problem.

hey, Milo. so My tech called me back to check it out...we were looking at the relays. its the BOTTOM one in that bank of 4. it looks like it got hot, black...

Im shining my flashlight, I see sparkling reflections...

theres WATER on the low voltage input on that bottom relay.

IM gonna guess thats a problem. freon leak and condensation maybe?

    crazy.

lower red circle, theres bubbling coolant. its not water....

so we moved the wires to to the top terminal(upper circle) compressor kicks on, but has no coolant. so its in a death spiral. onoffonoffonofff.

    :)

pic is the bottom relay. it is visibly burnt.

    so..

had the AC specialist come and look. NO LEAKS, NOTHING. the liquid on the relay terminal-oil!

none of us have ANY clue where it came from.

relay is the culprit for the tripped breaker I imagine though.

also, The PR belt went to crap during this... got two huge oily "smudges" on it...strange.

anyways, fully back in business as soon as I change the belt...but Im moving slowly today. :)
