    Hi everyone,

I'm getting the error C03-220 which says to restart the freeflow but it won't go away.
    Any suggestions?

Run PWB test on the XIIM in the freeflow. When the system comes up, are all the leds lit on the 3 rip boards?

not sure on the specifics of this error, though it sounds familiar.... I only know easy things to try.

try clearing cache, and deleting old files then reboot. could be memory prob?

    C03-220 error once more

I know it's an old thread...

What was solution in the end? We cleared all files, reloaded server, nothing helped..

And on the bottom RIP board (the one with cables output) the one LED is lit in red... Shouldn't be yellow? Top two boards have all leds in green.

    thank you for any input
    Boris

Could be a problem with the hard drive. When you reload the software, swap the rip board with one of the other two and see if the red LED stays with the bottom slot or moves with the board.
My cell number is 714-292-6912 in the states if you want to speak directly.

Printer is DC5000. It has two boards that look the same. The bottom board which has led in red, is different. It's the only on with two cables out to printer.
I can swap top boards, or SCSI cables from hard drives to main board.
