Xerox Docucolor 250 error

HI, first sory form my english,

I have problem,I bougth docucolor 250, when I turned on ducocolor 250 touch screen don't work. when i attach monitor on fiery start boot but don't start linux?? name of fiery X3ety-03....
pls help

 

and what driver i must instal in my pc to add in printer list

 

Go to the xerox drivers & downloads website and select the docucolor 240/250 with built-in Fiery controller (bustled controller.)

You didn't say what operating system your pc is. There is both a windows 7 32-bit and a windows 7 64-bit driver for the docucolor 240/250 with built-in Fiery there.

 

windows 7 32 bit... i try to install all drivers but..... tochscreen doesn't work

 

Probably you need service software to connect on machine in diagnostic mode and see what is wrong. Or call a xerox tech !

 

The link above is for the driver you install on your workstation to print to the fiery, so it shows up in your list of printers.
It won't do anything for the touchscreen or fiery booting.

Beyond a misconnected cable, if this is something you just purchased, take it up with the seller if the fiery isn't booting or the touchscreen isn't showing anything.

 

now every thing works... bu how I conect to my pc? is any documentation for this? need any software or drivers for my pc?

If the touch screen doesnt work. Pull it apart and reseat all the connectors inside the UI.
As for connecting a screen to your Fiery. You will not see anything other then the linux kernal message. This is because that RIP isnt a Pro RIP.
All bussle or intergrated RIP's are not pro rips.
