    Hi all.

I am running a short sheet 11 x 15 (12 point - 225 gsm). At the tail of the sheet I am getting a curved mark. I pulled a set of solids in each color and a set of 50% screens. I can only see it in the black 50%. It looks kind of faint in the 50% but is very noticeable in my print. It doesn't seem matter which side of the sheet prints first and it's always in the same position at the tail of the sheet. Photo attached. Any ideas?

    Thanks for any assistance.

Remove the shield under the IBT which when docked sits above the 2nd BTB. It is shaped with the non straight edge towards the fuser causing the banding you are exhibiting

    Hi Mark.

Thanks for the tip. It definitely cleared up the mark. However, all the sudden I'm having a new issue. About 300 sheets into the first run after removing the shield the belt on the 2nd BTR unit tore itself all up. I put another unit in and ran another 150 sheets and it looks like the belt on that one is moving toward the back of the machine. I don't see how this relates to that shield, but it just seems too coincidental.

    Any thoughts?

Also a quick note to anyone who reads this in the future. Be sure if you remove this shield to CAREFULLY close the imaging drawer as the IBT belt seems much more likely to get caught on stuff while pushing back in.

    Thanks for all!!!
