Our copies from the glass are way off, I did the calibration routine in the tools section but it prints only one sheet, it calibrates, but the copies are still off. Is there a way to use the ES-1000 to calibrate copies from the glass or ??

It should calibrate fine from the glass, check the connections between the scanner and the engine, might be something simple if the colours are really bad, and I don't know a way to use the es1000 to do it. I would suggest calling the engineer to look at the scanner or connections.

Looking for better calibration, try the Fiery® Color Profiler Suite 3.0 with ES-1000 UV Filter 45088046 D

    Hi
The biggest reason why colour could be off could be just simply dirty mirror (under the glass). Turn OFF the power before removing the glass.

The other reason could be that over time the machine changes the NVM settings for the lamp. This can be fixed by doing a IOT calibration, which resets the 3 NVM's for the white reference numbers. A Xerox trained tech should know how to do this.

Do you know how to get into service mode?

Let me know if you do and i can help you out.

    Thanks
