DC 252 scanner problem

    Dear friends,

    iam in india (tamil nadu in remote area) i dont have service engg in near area , i have some service knowledge from this site only,
    our members are so help fully,

    dear all i have dc252 recondition machine in previous days scanner have some problem , the scanner scans the images very blurred not so clear
    i changed the image resulation it have the same i dont know how to solve , it happens only the photographs i tried all options but all fails
