Hi there, I am getting repeating marks when printing (see attached pic) - 4 marks near the bottom of the paper equally spaced. Only seems to happen on large sheets (sra3 and a3, not on a4 or smaller) and I have tried both sheet feeder 1 and 2 with same outcome. I have tried printing out the repeating marks troubleshooting page, but the pattern I am getting does not seem to correspond to any of the measurements on this. Fuser is new, and toners are all ok.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hi,
That looks like an issue with your transfer belt.

Yeah, I heard this music before. You will find these to be on your ITB but as far as I remember, this is not a drums, not a ITB Cleaner but belt itself as stated in previous reply.

Hi Amazingpages, I have exactly the same problem as this and am wondering if replacing the ITB solved the issue? Would I be correct in saying I need to replace part: Xerox IBT Belt Kit 604K57384? Many Thanks, Stephen

If it only happens on the larger sheets, it could be the edge of the transfer belt that is not being used with smaller sheets, this could also be an issue with the registration of those larger papers to the Transfer belt. Go into the u.i. and tell it what size paper is being used.
