Xerox 7665 Network Controller Unavailable

Hi Guys

On my 7665 "7665 Network Controller Unavailable"

That message greeted me this morning What can I do please? I have tried rebooting and it is connected to the network as I can see it in my router. I know I can do a software reinstall but where can I get the latest file from?

This is my sofware version: 040.33.53050

Hmm seems like the software got corrupted somehow as when press the admin key on the machine I get "Binding error" message so I have no access to web admin or machine admin either. So

1. Where do I get the latest software from as i could not find it anywhere?
2. How do i reload it is I have no access to web panel? Some simple steps please?

Sometimes it could be bad firewire connection from network controller.
In my case error was at the first time power supply didn´t work.
I changed power from pc computer and it worked again.
Later, second and the last error was caused by harddisk failure. I tryed even to freeze hd, but nothing.
Now the machine is for my DC250 spareparts.

Let´s hope that binding error is caused by some cable connection.

 

You can buy hdd and reload software
Is nice to have two machines working
