Default Xerox 242--Getting Through the Voice Mail to a Level 2 Color Tech
I have trying for a week to get through the Xerox bureaucracy to get a Color Tech to our site to show me how to set up profiles for each of the paper surfaces and make sure that our work flow from InDesign and Photoshop are proper.

Anyone have a secret phone number?

You can call the Customer Relations hotline which is specifically for customers who have unresolved complaints or concerns.

When you call this number, a Xerox person takes ownership of your issue, and they are your main point of contact...
