You should Contact EFI - EFI will supply replacement software CDs for a reasonable shipping+media fee as long as you have a legitimately purchased Fiery controller. http://w3.efi.com/

The 00 is what you would expect to see when the RIP is functioning properly and has booted properly and is sitting idle waiting for jobs/communication.

Can you hook a monitor to the vga port on the rip and see what it says as you reboot it?

Also what does the touchscreen on the printer say - can you click on the web applications icon or is it not available? Is there a chance you have the network cables mixed up?

Let the switch in lower position not on ON position.

Your Fiery looks good to me. Does it print a config sheet after start up? You didn't answer if "Web Applications" and "Scan" were available. If they are then your Fiery is fine, its your network that's the problem.

Make sure as noted above that the switches are in the down position NOT IN THE ON POSITION.

The on position is for reloading software.

Please a have the same problem with DC12.
    I can't do a print test.
There is any thing to do on the DC12 to reset it?
The DC display the message: power on the machine ( the DC can't communicate with the fiery)

Doc 12 is a little different are you sure you have a Fiery?

I would also suggest you start a new Thread.
