Swap the colour drum module and see what you get

I think it is a developing problem not a drum. But yeah - swap the drums. What is the print count? Can you get a DV unit and try to turn it by hand?

    Solved.

The technician from Xerox came and found that a small plastic unit is broken so that a metal stick fallen into cyan drum.

The technician said this is not the first time he got this problem. Stupid problem :(
Now, I have to wait for Xerox Polska ordering a new replacement part (I'm live in Poland). Until then the metal stick is held by tape :p
