Phaser 8550DP firmware

    Greetings - New user here. Xerox support has been unhelpful for this now out-of-production machine, so I'm asking here.

    Does anybody know if previous versions of Phaser firmware are available anywhere ? I have a problem with my 8550DP that I think can be resolved by rolling back to the original as-shipped firmware version.

    The current installed version is 4.12.10, which has been problematic ever since I was foolish enough to "upgrade" from the shipped version (what ever that was). Only the most current firmware seems to be resident on the Xerox support page.
