Phaser 6250 Prints Text In Gray Only!

We have a Phaser 6250 that only prints gray text after installing new black toner. All the other colors and images are ok just the text prints in gray not black. We have replaced the new black toner with another black toner with no luck. Is there a setting that I am not seeing? This is also a networked printer. Thanks in advance for the help!
 
Think toner is not original (refiled or compatibile).
My sugestion: Original toner is cheaper than refilled or compatibile. (Health of printer, no time wasting, warranty in some cases)
 
    • Thanks for the reply! Original toner is in the printer. Its strange because it is only the text that prints in gray. Could the PCL language be messed up?
     
    Is this happening with every file types, or adobe .pdf. Also check in printer setup, if is option for "color management" check "leave as original" or something like that. Sometimes is possible, when you printing from word documents or office publisher, color defined for text to be marked as RGB black, and this can cause gray printing.
     
    No it prints the text in gray on every page. Even the configurations page. I tried setting it to RGB Vivid and still no luck.
     
    • Must be some setting in driver. I Think that is best to ask xerox service.
