new to postcarding - xerox 242 best idea?

hello to all! I am getting into post cards for my already established clientele. I am looking at doing about 30k post cards a month once at full swing. I am looking at getting the xerox 242 machine and was hoping to get some input from you guys. (and or ladies) will this machine handle this much printing well, which stock and kinds of paper should i plan to use, and what kind of variable data can I add? how do i automatically sync the usps postage to my cards? thanks so much for ANY help that you can give me.
