Does anyone here now how to get to the "service program mode" on the Docucolor 250 ?
We've replaced the IBT belt, but still have the fault code 042-346.
The only area I can get to is the "System Administrator menu".
Also I"m in need of service manual for this model, but can't find it anywhere.

Type in 6789 and confirm
Press the log in/log out button

Yes that is correct but you need to keep holding the o button while pushing start.

Press and hold the 0 key for 5 seconds, then while still holding down the 0 key, press the Start button. But are you sure that the code in not 042-326

so If this fault is 042-326 was declared 3 times in succession, the print mode will be disabled. In order to clear this condition, reset NVM location 741-105 to 0 by entering diagnostics.
