DocuColor 242 - Scan problem and print setting problem

Hello I have a strange problem with setting up the "standart scan to mailbox" on our DocuColor 242.

If I scan to the (built-in fiery) Mailbox and go for example in an browser (firefox, IE) and want to download the scanned document (pdf) via the DC242-Web-tools, I only can download a forcesave.php file (so I think the pdf file is not correct created).
Also if I go to the scanned document via the "fiery remote bridge tool" and want to open the php file with the Adobe Reader, I can't save or read also the file.
( scan tested with all the three guest profiles ) tiff and jpg won't work as well.

Whats going on with the scanning module? Is there a problem with creating and finishing the files to the mailbox/fiery harddisk, or is a setting wrong?

Can you people give me a hint or maybe I have overlook some setting?

I have also a problem with printing as (sorted and unsorted)
for example: I need also the mode (paper 1,2,3 / 1,2,3 )

but whatever I choose it prints/sort only in one mode like these: (paper 1,1 / 2,2 / 3,3 ) the printer is forcing this mode!


All other things are working.
