Docucolor 240 printing yellow fade on background

    Hi,

    I have the following problem, again :confused:, when I print a letter which is b/w without taking into consideration the header, DC240 prints yellow lines in the background.
    Anyone has any idea?

    Pic please! Sounds like the Drum unit. Try swapping it with another color to see if the problem follows the drum.
