| I bought two Doc 12's off ebay. They both have developed a problem of toner building up on the upper fuser roller. I have replaced the roller several times, and I now need to get some service help. Even though I am located in the Washington, DC area, I can't find an independent service rep. Any help is appreciated. ![]() |

| Do you run a lot of b/w? The doc 12 is notorious for building up toner when run in b/w mode. Our tech told us to run 5-10 full color sheets every 200-300 b/w copies. |
