Hi, I was getting an error 093-316 yesterday.

I reset the NVM but after further inspection I found a cog on top of the drums.

The bracket holding the cog has broken ( please see image) would anyone know what part this is and how hard is it to install ..

    Thanks for any help..

Easy.. But you should find out why it broke first. The part you need is a Toner dispenser motor.

Thanks that's a great help, I was starting to get close to it in the manual .. but still unsure how to get to it .. !
I have no idea why it broke or what would cause it to break .. is there something I should look for ?
    Thanks Again

On second thought it's not that easy. You need to remove the Toner Dispense assembly, it's a dirty job.

Are you sure that the bracket is part of the Toner Dispenser Motor ? This is the one I found online http://bit.ly/1jX2YnH

Hi I'm having a problem trying to disconnect the central connectors, obviously I don't want to be too rough and break them ..
Is there a trick to it .. ?
    Thanks
