Hey folks, little help here. I have a Doc 12 that is printing 12 x 18 stock from the bypass off center by at least 0.75" when sending a job from the xp12 Fiery. I'm told this is a tray alignment problem but I don't know how to configure the adjustment. I can see that I have a tray alignment function in the advanced features of the ppd. I can't seem to locate any user documentation in the office or on X's website for anything on the Doc 12 after SP1. Steelhead

Hi! I'm not sure if the configurations are the same but on the bypass tray, the side guide can be adjusted depending on the paper you are going to load. It is just a simple knob that you can twist so that you can adjust the guide. But i don't think the offset is .75". Hope this helps.

Uhh, use Command Workstation to manage all that (you DO have a fiery RIP don't you?). Server>Align Paper Trays, follow the instructions, it's pretty easy.
