Question regarding GOSS community web press

Hi,

We are planning for a 8 color blanket to blanket GOSS 4 High Tower 630mm coldset web offset with 32 page folding.

My question about this is below:

Can this 32 page folding unit perform 16 page folds as well ?

We intend to use the press for smaller books that need 32 page folding (75% of our job) and also occassionally A4 Sized Books (we need 16 page fold for this)

Help me out on this please...

Also....Can a palamide be attached to the delivery of the folding unit ? Can it handle such speed ? (30,000 iph)
