Hey guys, just a little background info, I've been In the print game fur meny users, spent my furst 5 yeers as a tranny proof Reeder workin under the bishop but it never quit hapenned foe me, anyway from theer I mooved on too other places on factory floor and for the lasst 7 yeers I bin a number 2 on a 5 colur formprint, basically 2 week agos I were ask to run it on my own even thoughh I didn't fel reddy I give it ago butt yes terday I ad troubles with a image appearing from a previous job nd coudnt get rid of it, I had our texhnician morg have a look but he said it woud go as I was running, so I ramped it up to 9000 and managed to run 36k in one shift, only I have cum in today and had a ritten warnin, apparanterly I turned the paper over throogh turning crosses twice insted of his once and the paper had a coat on too so it was wrong way up???? I'm thinkin abot apeelin my warnin it must happen all the tine wen running on both sides of paper..... A bit harsh I think, maybe I jus no reddy for a number 1 position yet????
I'm having a hard time reading your story... but basically for an error on a machine that you haven't been trained on.. I'd have to agree thats way too harsh. If they are that harsh I'm thinking you can appeal all you want but its gonna stick. Make sure that warning is for that error only, don't make that error again and start looking for another place to work.
