difference between flying speed pester and zero speed pester???

    can anybody tell me difference between flying speed pester and zero speed pester???

    It's just like it sounds, a zero speed splicer splices the new roll at o rpm while the press runs at speed from a festoon of paper. A flying splicer runs the new roll up to press speed and splices while both roll are at press speed.
