    Hi!

We are having issues with our LEF-300. We normally print on substrates that are around 1 mm thick. However, occasionally we want to print on thicker material, like acrylic. But when we do so, the print is very blurry. I seem to recall that our supplier tech told us it is because the machine is not calibrated for this new height/thickness, that does however sound weird to me. We always level our job before printing, leaving about 1 mm air between the print heads and the material. Does this make any sense?
