    Fully automatic high performance Blanket IR / UV Coating and Curing Machine capable of producing top notch UV coating and finishing on a variety of substrates. The automatic high capacity Eagle sheet feeder sends the substrate to the gripper-to-gripper machine which transfers through the blanket coater which is then delivered to the conveyor or heat tunnel and the finished product is delivered into the high pile receiving stacker capable of reaching speeds of 5,000 sheets per hour of half-size sheets. This machine can operate on 1 to 3 bulbs depending on the job and finishing desired and produce extremely high quality gloss prints at a very high production rate.
