Hi all, I don't know what genre of products to look in (inkjet v color laser). We want to buy an in-house, professional quality printer because outsourcing our user manuals costs about $100 a manual, and we update too frequently to order in bulk. I have a budget of $5000. Our user guides are currently spiral bound (manual labor, also in house). We'd like color image quality to be professional. Right now we're seeing a lot of pixelation in the images and we bought an $800 MFP, which supposedly has 1200x1200 optimized dpi. Any recommendations greatly appreciated. I'm in contact with a few vendors but wanted the people's voice!
