I have a 2-color Ryobi 3302. The one unit runs great. The second unit had new water rollers installed and I have printed more than 100,000 impressions with no problems. One day, I was trying to print something and, all of a sudden, not only was the plate toning up, it ended up where nearly half the plate was covered with ink as though it was getting any fountain solution. Please help.

What kind of water system are you running on the 3302?

Check your intermediate to your oscillator sounds like you aren't dropping all the way onto your roller which gives same effect as running no water
