Please help in solving a problem that we are facing on Roland Single and 2 colour machine.

Problem: Half tone printing close to grip side is darker in tone than away from grip side.

Have you checked the all time classic routine? (ink-damper roller settings/blanket underlays)

Let me reconfirm, I am sure about the rollers settings, but not sure about the underlays, could you please let me know what should I use for the underlay.

 

Check your manual to see cylinder undercut and recommendations from manufacturer
