Ryobi DI 3404

    Our power went out a couple of times yesterday and now we can't receive jobs on the 3404. Nothing has changed from the Macs in production, and they are connected to the server.

    Supposedly the DI is connected to the server and the inputs are published. Nothing is being received.

    Our "IT" guy reinstalled the RIP to no avail.

    I recall something similar in the past, and it was with the software on the machine itself where we needed to let the left hand know what the right hand was doing.

    Any ideas?
