Ryobi 524 hxx ink console panel get blocked, help!

    Once we turned on the UPS of the ink key console panel and turn on the computer the ink key buttons only Works for a few seconds and then they get blocked and we cannot moves up or down neither switch from one tower to another. Of course we cannot move the ink motors for get the ink levels required for every job in every tower.
