E4 is the Timing Switch between 130 degrees & 220 degrees. try cleaning the sensor

about RYOBI 3202 MCS ERROR COD 4

Dear Sir:

I am Electrical and Electronic Engineer P.E for over 40 years. I was very hard training with Heidelberg+Polar and another LOT of printing press- pre- post press.

As result we had been working as field service engineer in many country.

Honestly, if you replace the CS4 SENSOR, can be NOT work. The Ryobi is computer machine, that you must know very well, and the service manual has a LOT of information for to do MANY test in order to troubleshooting and fix it the electronic and electric problem

The CS4-CS3 working togheter, probably will be fix it if you try to clean ?. But you must SEE the CPU board for Testing the LEDS, that will be ON- OFF. be carefully.
