Our press is actually an Itek 3985, but I am told it is the same as the Ryobi 3302. We are have trouble holding consistent registration side to side running 60 lb offset. We have carefully followed all the instructions for the feed table. We were advised that if the grippers on the transfer drum did not have any rubber on them that they needed to be replaced. We did that to no avail. The grippers on the impression cylinder seem to be doing their job. There is no rubber on them, but the sheet is held very tightly. My next guess is the infeed rollers. While adjusting them for the 1 1/4 turn and also the overall pressure I noticed that the sheet is held tighter in the middle than either of the two sides. Could this be our problem? Can it be adjusted, or does it need to be replaced?
    Thanks for any help.

Whether or not your impression cylinder grippers feel tight or not without the rubber your sheet will move. Same thing with transfer drum grippers. Its not cheap I know that. I can say its gonna cost less then replacing that infeed roller, changing an infeed roller is time consuming.

We will give that a try. Parts will not arrive until Tuesday next week, but will post how it went.
