ricoh web image monitor USER ID field

    Hello All,

    Is there any way I can set the USER ID field in the Print Job History? the printer is connected to an office network and I am looking forward to manage the users. I would like to change or set the USER ID field to say room numbers. Currently it just shows a ?.
