ricoh SP C820DN suddenly stopped printing PS3 files!?

    Please help-ricoh SP C820DN suddenly stopped printing PS3 files

    Local Ricoh rep installed new firmware & spent 3 hours but could not resolve...
    He finally called Ricoh head office for help and was told to replace the Controller ($1000)
    after he left, I changed menu settings to accept PS3!
    Works fine now
