Hi, We currently 7 Ricoh Copiers (6x Aficio MP C5000, 1x Aficio MP C3002). All of which have individual user address books to manage each user that can print to them. I currently have to BACKUP the address book from one copier and RESTORE it to each of the other copiers. It gets annoying when trying to update one copier and it returns an error because 'one of the functions is currently in use' (someone is using it at that time). Does anyone have a solution to centralise this information? OR have a solution as to how you can force/interupt a function to update?
