Electrical Diagram for Trimmer Polar 72CS

    Hello guys,

    I am looking for a trimmer Polar 72CS electrical and electronical diagram.
    I have problem with power supply and more........
    Someone with no experience trying to make repairs, and something very bad result.

    do u have any idea about polar 72 clutch dc voltage. now when we press the switch knife is not working

    Does the clamp work normal?
    Does the machine has a safety bolt?
    Do you have any idea about the machine number?
    And how many do you charge your customer if we help you free of charge?

    yes , clamp is working.
    I am not sure about safety bolt
    machine number is 4951E49
    polar eltromat 72 is the old one who is used by small printing people now. so there is no way to charge much.
    if we press on relay 1 and 2 on card 24 simultaneously the clutch is working

    In your spare part book on page 13 is a safety bolt.
    In the machine it is behind the sheet metal cover above the gear box. There is a switch. In your drawing this switch is called b.SB. Maybe this switch has too much resistance.
    The machine number is not correct. I don’t know which drawing I should check
