Toshiba e-studio 5520c printing booklet question

Sorry if this is a lame question but even our toshiba rep can't help us. (And we have read the documentation that came with the equipment.)

We want to print from a file, a finished product of 5.25" x 8.5" booklet, 2-sided, multiple pages, folded, & saddle stapled. This is laid out in 8.5 xx 11" paper, landscape. The Toshiba will only allow this to be in a finished ledger size format.

My company is looking into purchasing an e-studio 5520 pro. What do you think about yours, have you had any issues with it (apart from the booklet printing)?
