    Hello....

Since you were really an expert on that field.. I have this questions set, to
make myself more clear on this are. "I have been told that some wide
format printers dry out and clog if you don't use them every day? How
can I avoid those printers and select a better printer that won't clog?"
"The glossy ads claim 100 years or 200 years of longevity without fading?
Does this claim include hanging the prints in a sunny living room or only in a darkened museum?

Any response is greatly appreciated.. Thank you!

Hi, can anyone please answer my questions regarding the business - How much does a large format printing cost and what are the requirements to be called a large format printer? I researched on had Wikipedia give me a real answer, but I don;t really trust them that much - I would prefer real people answer my questions.

As for the longevity of the printed material on tarp or vinyl - how long will it last? and what other surfaces can your large format printer print on? I need this to do a study for a company that is deciding to outsource or do their own printing.

Any advice or notes would do. Thanks!

Hope this isn't too late, but the thing is there is no real single path to go on. If you get all new equipment it will be much more expensive than older or used equipment. Also where you are makes a big difference and to be perfectly honest I know next to nothing about Makati City so I can't help you out there. Just know that it is a serious investment and unless you are very serious about getting into business I would recommend against it.

    Hi, for clog problem,

    1. Flush ink supply system with cleaning flush for many times till it's clear.
    2. Soak printhead in cleaning flush for 12 to 24 hours, then flush again .
    3. flush the printer after every time when finish use printing and cover the nozzle with wet cloth (wet the cloth with flush) and preservative film plastic . plug the inktubes with plugs.

"The glossy ads claim 100 years or 200 years of longevity without fading?
What is the brand and model number of the printer regarding this claim ?
For solvent and ecosolvent, I don't think it is possiable.
