sriranjith - I think he is looking for a trade printing partner in his area where some of the work can be outsourced back and forth where each is strongest, not to trade machines...

That's correct! Thank you sriranjith!

To clarify, I'm more like a print broker. I do the printing for many designers and companies. I don't do the actual printing myself, rather I outsource it. However, the printers I work with don't want to deal with designers on a one to one basis. They would rather deal with a middle man who brings in all the business. Needless to say, I get much better pricing than the average wholesale printer.
