Vinyl banners?

We're planning to conduct a mega event in connection with Christmas commencing from the 20th through to 25th. It requires a lot of manpower and coordination to pull this off. We've designated a special logistics team to take care of the requirements. Primarily we need to print a few banners. Vinyl banners is what we have in mind right now. The requirement would be close to around, say 100.
Does anyone know a place in Toronto where we could get it done for cheap? I do not still know most places around although I've been living here for the past couple of years. New style signs is one suggestion I got. Are there more options?
