Hi guys, I thought I'd share a little story... We had purchased a Heidelberg QMDI and there was a Ryobi 3302H available basically on my way back. 7.5 mil impressions did not sound a lot, it looked OK from outside so I decided to grab that to. It sat in my shop for several month but not since we're selling our TOKO R2SH, I have desided to at least pull the shinkwrap off it and turn it on. It was... If a pig would see the picture of insides of the press, it would say "I wish I was there". There must've been a good pound of ink I had scraped off the internal bars of the press, so much debris inside, all covers and walls are badly stained in ink. It is not a bad press generally - runs smooth, needs a few things but sounds OK while runs (I did not attempted to print anything yet) I am not a big expert in the industry - just a little over 7 years and I am a lot more of a Copier/Printer Service engineer than a pressman but is this normal? Someone actually buys a nearly $70K press and treats like Sh%$^, never cleans it up? As my personal opinion - that person should be traced down and prohibited to touch/operate any machinery just as they do with hackers - prohibit them to touch a computer/use internet.

Sad story. Unfortunately, some people don't care. I have been printing for 5 years and the first 2 years I took over a press that the guys before me were absolutely careless!! Do they really just enjoy wearing ink allover themselves and the press? My Dad actually worked at this shop I'm at now for 20+ years and he upkept the machines like you're suppose to and then in just a few years these "pressmen" after him made the presses boneyard presses in a matter of a few years. IDIOTIC MAN! How can somebody live with themselves -- especially make money off you without being honest.

I picked a guy up after doing a delivery yesterday b/c he seemed genuine and didn't have his wallet and needed a ride to the bus station so he could get to work on time. Then he comes back out and says "the bus already left" so he needs money for a taxi ride & needs dropped off at the taxi place. So I go out of my way hook him up with 40 Bucks b/c his town he said he needed to go to was 30 mins away. GET THIS.

4 Hours later, At 9 PM I catch him walking out of Wegmans (grocery store) with a 32 Pack of Bud's. Hahaha, God certainly had me laughing when I saw him carrying that case. He was like....hey man,,,, sorry things didnt work out. The taxi ride was going to be 60 bucks.........I'm like whatevvvv. Sad world we live in, with sad dishonest people.

Yeah, we're also recently picked up a AB Dick 9910, it is also not really used much but in "Holy Sh%$^%" condition - ink all over. Whoever owned it had installed a Kompac II in it so they must've cared about what comes out of it at least a little bit but anyway failed about that thing overall.
