    Hey Guys,

I made a thread a few weeks ago about how to print on yogurt lids and had incredible success with "golden digital ground for non porous surfaces. I was able to print my logo on the yogurt lids, however I was wondering,

Does anyone know the legalities I must follow when printing on yogurt lids? (outside only)

Should I be following Canadian guidelines?

It all depends on how far you wish to distribute your product. The FDA in the United States has requirements for this and oftentimes this requires the use of organic inks and making sure that they don't come in contact with the food of course.

Many printers are able to print on the outside of foil and can print on non-porous materials which should be sufficient.

I guess I would need more information to give you the specifics.
