Cost effective in-house 17x22 printing ideas?

I have a job that gets contracted out that consists of ~10,500 17x22 "brochures" (4/4 full coverage both sides). They're trimmed to 17x22 & folded to 8.5x11. Currently doing this run 3 times a month and plan to ramp up to at least 10 times per month by end of this year. I'm getting a fair price on the printing, but I want to bring it in house this year.

Aside from post-press equipment like folders, if you were doing this job, what type of used equipment might you look for on a budget (under $50k) ? Something relatively compact would be desirable. I was looking at digital presses, but most don't print at the size I need.
