Error 1003

    Hello every body
    I have just installed a man roland PRZ 00 2/0, when we want to start the machine this error appears on the KA 938 module Error 1003, what part should I have to check?
    This my first work on a man roland, so I don't have any experience on it, as I worked for heidelberg service systems here in Madagasacar. I would like to send vidéo but the application can't suport the file
