    Hello,
I am printing on the Epson P9570 with the hahnemuhle photo rag 308gsm and keep getting white lines on our prints

I have run a nossel check and they are good. This is different than what I am finding online, so I am not sure what to trouble shoot.

    Thank you for your time.

Edit to add I am printing half speed, finest quality.

Have you checked for any debri inside the printer? That doesn't resemble typical banding or other printhead issues.

My guess is that your printhead is touching the media and leaving scratch like marks. Make sure your media doesn't have too much curl or see if there's any issue with the media that explains why the printhead is hitting it. If the media looks good and you're using the right profile for that media, you can play with suction or head gap.

Looks like there is not enough vacuum to flatten the media. Same scratch marks happen on HP too.
