Hello. First sorry for my english writing because I'm french. We are a printing company in the Indian Ocean. We have a RYOBI 3404-DI. The PC (an old dell poweredge 1600SC from 2003). This contains the RIP to send files to the Ryobi (RIP harlequin on windows 2000). But it's dead! Do you know of a solution that would make it possible to RIP the files again? Like a new RIP software compatible with the DI3404, perhaps with a new PC? I'm at a loss! Best regards...
Hello John, I am a Harlequin RIP dealer from Germany. I'm sorry about what happened, but at some point every PC has its time. You can contact Doug Mawdsley, Xitron's EMEA representative in the UK at dmawdsley@xitron.com. It is possible to upgrade your old Ryobi-branded Harlequin RIP version to the current Navigator RIP v13 (Win 10/11 Pro compatible). Xitron no longer provides official support for the existing version (before Navigator Harlequin v10). There is still a small credit for the old RIP dongle. I don't have any customers with the Ryobi DI 3404 myself and therefore can't help much. With the updated RIP the printing press will run again. Please also try to reach Ryobi Service for this issue. Best regards Martin
.Hi, I have a Rip Momentum Pro that we had on our Presstek 52DI and it would work with your machine, if you are interested let me know.
