questions on vacuum table and burner

I just bought a Chief press to start my own home printing. Along with that the guy gave me a Millington Machine Co. vacuum table and a NuArc burner. I know this is old school equipment, but if anyone could give me advice on how this is set up i would appreciate it. It doesn't appear to Flip like a lot of the newer ones. Do I need to make a frame for the Burner part to set on above the table? Thanks in advance.
