Prosetter 74 not starting up. Eletric diagram required

    I'm having a problem with Prosetter74. I just got it and connect the power but it's not starting up. No fans, no sound no any thing. I think it's power supply. Anyone with any suggestions.
    I need electric Diagram can anyone send me?

    It's the power supply! It has to be always under power. Our electrician removes it and jumps terminals to "reset" it. Next week I will ask him what he does. Do you have difficulty finding the plates?
