    Hello everybody!
I'm new in this forum and hope somebody can help me :)

We bought a used Mitsubishi 1630 eco III to write poly plates.

We have huge register problems with "some" rolls of plates.
In the same box they sell 2 rolls, but in any box we find 1 of the 2 rolls who produce out-of-register plates. (sometimes we have 1mm of difference between cross marks, and it's random)

This is making me completely crazy because the first roll we load is always perfect and second one has these problems!
I've checked everything during the loading process and everything looks the same.

I tried to ask to our local dealer but they don't know what can happens...

Anybody here can give me suggestions?

please help me as soon as possible!

    thanks

    Hi Dedoboss,
I have 1630 we bought new in '99 and haven't seen anything like that from ours. I can't think of what might make one roll register better that the next. I would be looking at the feed and transfer rollers and the tension springs, because that is where the registration is controlled. There also could be something occasionally snagging the edge of the plate material, like the end caps on the supply shaft. Sorry I can't be of any help.
